1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by product and destination. On average, orders take 7–21 business days to arrive. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Some remote locations may have limited delivery options, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you.

3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so if you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, we can't guarantee changes can be made.

5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return and receive instructions.

7. Why did I receive only part of my order?
To ensure faster delivery, items may ship separately depending on the supplier’s location. Don’t worry — the rest of your order is on its way!

8. Are there any hidden fees or customs charges?
We do not charge hidden fees. However, international orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes depending on your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
