💰 Refunds & Returns

Because our products are made and shipped directly from our global suppliers, Zaydrop currently does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect color, or size selection.

However, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund if:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or
• The item does not arrive within the maximum delivery timeframe (typically 30–45 days depending on your location).

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

🧾 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

2. A brief description of the issue
3. Photo or video evidence (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

🚚 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of the purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund.

We appreciate your patience, as international shipping and customs may occasionally cause delays.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds for:

• Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
